NOTICE: PERMIT OFFICE CLOSURE - The Permit Office will be closed on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 from noon to 2:00 p.m. We will not be available to respond to inquiries and will not be processing permit applications. Manitoba Permit Services issues over dimensional and overweight permits for the province of Manitoba, the City of Winnipeg and City of Brandon. The Permit Office is closed the second Wednesday of each month from 10:00 to 12:00 (noon) and all statutory and civic holidays.
